New Spring Yoga Series

With spring approaching, it is the perfect time to move your body, and stay healthy! We are excited to offer more free yoga classes to help you feel your best this season.

Experienced instructor Linda Li will lead us through a series of five 60-minute, all-levels yoga classes featuring movement, stretching, ball-rolling, relaxation, and fun! It is also a great way to connect with others and build a supportive community.

Join us for our “Spring Yoga Series” on Thursdays (March 20, 27; April 3, 10 and 17) and keep progressing on your journey to better health and well-being!

Program Highlights:

  • Practice weekly in Spring with a certified yoga teacher Linda
  • Build strength, increase flexibility, and reduce stress
  • All fitness levels are welcome, including beginners to yoga

Things you need to know:

  • As a condition of enrollment, you will be required to complete a waiver.
  • Please bring your own yoga mat. A limited number of mats will be available for borrowing if needed. If you require a mat, kindly let us know when you register.
  • Please wear activewear and be ready to move!

Seats are Limited – Registration Required.

If you are interested in attending, please contact us. Priority will be given to those who have not attended recent workshops. We will reach out to finalize your registration, please allow some time for processing. If you do not hear from us 3 days before the event, it means we are unable to offer you a seat, unless additional seats become available. This event is for Richmond residents and adults only. Photos will be taken during the event.
