Our Mid-Autumn Moon Festival Celebration was so much fun!
We were honored to have our Richmond Centre MLA Henry Yao visit us. MLA Yao is a life member of RWRC, a former dedicated RWRC volunteer and always a great supporter for us and for women in our community. MLA Yao offered warm greetings to launch the Celebration and then joined in to learn how to make snow skin moon cakes! Our Board Co-Chair Jenny lead the group in moon-cake making – we think they turned out great!
We had lunch and laughter and so much fun, we can’t catch all the pics in one post – more to come! It was truly wonderful to be able to come together with our community to celebrate this special Festival!
