

“Welcome Summer” with outdoor yoga at beautiful London Farm!
Yoga has many potential benefits, including building strength, increasing flexibility and reducing stress. Being outdoors can also be so beneficial for well-being.
Plan to join experienced RYT500 certified yoga teacher Vickie @vixthetravelingyogini and enjoy the natural surroundings at London Farm for a fun, inclusive yoga class (or two!) to welcome the Summer season. The weather forecast is looking very good!
You may register for one or both sessions on Wednesday June 19 and June 26 5:45-645 pm. A limited number of RWRC spaces are available! Please call 604 279-7060 or office@richmondwomenscentre.org for information and to register.
*Must be Richmond resident. Sorry, no children.*
Please bring your own yoga mat, water and sunscreen. Parking is available across from the Farm on Dyke road.

- This yoga class will be outside! Weather Dependent –no class if raining!
